They don't have ample staff in any area; the bathrooms (as usual) were disgusting. We were met at the front doors by large signs apologizing for all of the ice machines being out of order. Something was also wrong with the popcorn butter machines. Salt shakers were provided to help with popcorn flavor. This used to be a nice theater. But, it has slowly become a dump. Sad
A new theater is coming with means higher prices. People cry about the pettiest things. Amc could have closed down the movies period but NO they wanted people to keep their jobs and stay working. If you don't like this place go to a better place and pay more money to see the same stuff. For four and six bucks, who cares. This theater is old but no complaints from me. Thanks AMC.
Understaffed for a holiday week. I felt bad for the workers who showed up for work. I am sure they did the best they could. I understand they will be closing in August 2018 but if you are going to still continue to operate you need to hire more employees.
Enjoyed price and movie selection. Sadly the lobby and theater suffered from very poor janitorial services. Trash as well as dropped food found most everywhere. This became more concerning when we saw a mouse dart across the isle during the movie.
This a great place to go to for seeing all the latest movies at a really great price. You get what you pay for though. The seats haven't been updated in a while. Sometimes there aren't enough staff and rooms get overturned slower or bathrooms don't get cleaned well right away. My biggest hope is that the concessions would match the price scale of the ticket, but they are still the same prices like any other theater. If it did, I would rate this place higher.
