In my 40 plus years of travel this had to be the worst. The suttell kept 10 of us waiting well over an hour, then got lost getting to the hotel. The room had no working tv. The fridge was broken. Would have faired better staying at the airport and saved the money it cost to stay here.
Waited 2 hours for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was full and the driver seemed high and was covered in paint. He advised me there was another shuttle on the way. When I called the hotel they told me that there was only 1 shuttle and that he would have to drive all the way back to come get me sonit would be at least another 1.5 hours. Thanks for being so helpful Lauren.
I made a reservation directly with the hotel, and they screwed up the dates. So not only did they not have a room when we arrived, they charged us for the wrong night they had put it down for. I talked with the manager who assured me that he would reverse the charges. He lied, and it's too late to challenge the credit card charge now. I would not go back if they gave me a room for free. Don't trust these people.
The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again. My only complaint was that the milk at breakfast tasted strange, which my friend drank. She became very sick later that day. Additionally, there were ants on the counter at breakfast around the waffle maker.
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Even when there was a mix up between them and hotels.com, where I made the reservation, they made sure it was all worked out and that I had a room for the agreed price. The room was clean and everything worked, though they could use warmer blankets on the bed, as the rooms get quite cold.
