all the people who came in after my daughter, all had no cars waiting for them and were given the same speal. all said they called the day before and/or saturday. the girl manager there does not have a clue about running a rental car company

absolutely worst rental car place we have ever dealt with. the manager there should be fired. she is so rude. My daughter was told to call Hertz thru state farm insurance as someone hit her car. she called on a saturday, spoke to the manager, was told a car would be ready on monday at 7:30 am. arrived monday at 7:30 and was told there was no reservation in the system for her to rent a car. when my daughter said you were the person on saturday who took my reservation, she denied it. so made another reservation for the next day, tuesday at 7:30. arrived at 7:30 and again no car was ready, car had to come from phila. car did not arrive at hertz in clifton heights til 8:30. 9am my daughter was finally out the door in a dirty filthy unwashed rent a car.
The worst customer service experience ever! The so called manager was rude to me on the phone and because I called her out on her attitude, she refused to let me rent a car. I'm not sure how this girl became a manager because i wouldn't last a day I behave like her at my own job. They are unprofessional and the only reason I'm still renting from hertz is because that's what my company allows. Stay away from this location if you wanna have a good rental experience
Don't go here! I had one of their cars and when i brought it back to them they charge my account $660. I paid cash for this car and they had the balls to say that that was only half of the rental.
